Role Description
This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Sales Agent located anywhere in Michigan. The Sales Agent will be responsible for:
Engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Generating sales leads, maintaining relationships with customers, and reaching or exceeding sales quotas.
Providing exceptional customer service and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Proven Sales abilities including lead generation, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency or willingness to complete training to gain this knowledge.
Willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance both technical knowledge and sales performance.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an added advantage such as PoS.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Compensation
COMMISSION ONLY:
Agents will receive a 4% commission of the client’s initial gross deposit at AFIMA Contract open.
Agents will receive a 4% commission on the client’s gross withdraw at AFIMA Contract close.
